Hello, this is an update about the missing person named Elon. Who disappeared on November 19th.
No,clues have been found exept one clue by a an unknow commmenter. That stated  "
I spotted someone matching that description at the Florida coast looking for a waterspout.Perhaps he hired a boat to help him with his quest.I will began searching the area he was last spotted in but it's likely he's already moved on." But, we have not found any evidence to support or not support that clue.  We have called master detectives Frank and Joe Hardy to help us. They will so be helping us on this case soon.

Yesterday Elon (the lazy guy that's runs this blog) went missing. It appears the only thing he took with him was his camera. No other things appeared to been missing. Detectives Mittens and Ringo are investigating this case.

I had a really exciting day! Pretty sunrise and sunset...Strong thunderstorms in the afternoon(with strong winds) AND lightning in the evening! I will try to get some pictures up soon!

Meteor

The Perseid meteor shower peaked on August 11th and 12th. Here is a picture of one of them...I know it's a bad picture, but it was the only one I got a picture of.

Wow! Shelf cloud!

On August 10th I had just looked at radar and there was a line of thunderstorms about 20mi west of us. So I ran outside to see if there was any neat clouds...

And yes there was! It was a shelf cloud. So I ran back inside and told everybody else about it.

It was soooo exciting!

I put this one up on weather underground and for the Title I put "Power!" because the storm was powerful and because of the power line.

Wow it was getting close! It was moving pretty fast.

It gave of some nice strong winds too(up to 50 MPH)!

I have been very lazy lately, It has been 10 days since I last undated my blog here.
Well, Tomorrow is Clickly's (Josh's) birthday, so be sure to say happy birthday to him!
We have had some pretty sunsets lately.( I'll probably put some pictures of them up some time)
The garden is doing good, We are getting lots of cukes off my four cucumbers plants.
Some time I will try to wright more of the Felix and Puffy Head story.

"No no" cried Puffy Head. "Well, I think I will take you to my police office. I will not put you in jail if you sign a agreement that this will not happen again." Arrow said sternly. " Welll iiff I doo not have too ggoo to jail I will go." said puffy Head in a very scared voice. So Puffy Head went to Arrow's office to sign the agreement. Meanwhile Felix had seen Puffy Head go away. Hmmm Felix said to himself, If he is gone maybe I can take his grasshopper soup!

Tornadic thunderstorm!

Here is a live lapse video of the beginnings of a tornadic thunderstorm. About 15-20 or less minutes after I took this video a tornado was reported with this storm.

Tornado!

Ok, here is the picture of the tornado. Sorry it is a bad picture....because it was dark and it was long ways away.
It was probably was 10 miles away. Of course it was a small tornado...EF-0.

This afternoon there was a tornado about 6-8 miles away from here! And we saw it! Wow our first tornado!( Well I think it was a tornado)

Some Severe thunderstorms are possible today( June 9th). The SPC has a slight risk for severe thunderstorms for today.

DAY ONE...TODAY AND TONIGHT.ONGOING SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE OVER SOUTHCENTRAL MISSOURI OVERNIGHT. UP TO ONE INCH HAIL AND WIND GUSTS OF40 TO 50 MPH WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH STRONGER STORMS ALONG THEARKANSAS BORDER EAST OF THE GAINESVILLE AREA.

More Lightning!

On May 15th We got some more thunderstorms. Ahead of the thunderstorms was some wind (wind gusts 30-45mph). There was a lot of lighnting too! See the picture.

We got 1.18 inches of rain.

P.S. More of the strawberries are getting ripe!

T S and Lightning

On May 13th after dark, a tornadic thunderstorm went close to us(about 7 miles south of us).But we only got 0.1 inches of rain! And of course we were under a tornado waning. We looked for a tornado but if there was a tornado it would have be rain wrapped, so you wouldn't have been able to see it. After the storm passed, there was lightning everywhere. Look I got proof!

Last night there was a line of strong thunderstorms that passed through us. There was wind gusts up to 45mph. We got 1.18 inches of rain. I also got some more picures of lightning!

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS

Some severe thunderstorms are possible today and tonight(for us) The SPC has a Moderate Risk for severe thunderstorms

The top one is when the wind was blowing hard. the bottom one was when there was hardly any wind.Jenny you asked what that green light was in the back ground of the video that I put up.... It was the yard light.

Me and buzz have all of our hard corn out. I have some beets that are doing good. And I have some lettuce too . I have three luffa gourds that just came up. I also have three cucumbers.

The strawberries are getting ripe!

Oh no, look what I did....look at the last post.
Well, here is a video of the Strong winds and very heavy rain. That we got on May 8th.

SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS

This morning(April 8th)Note it was on May 8th not April 8th we got some thunderstorms. There was two close lightning strikes near here( they were very loud). We got 2.56inches of rain. And in one hour we got 2.2o inches of rain. The wind gusts were up to 55mph. I will try to post some pictures, a video and more info☺☻.

It was running pretty fast☺(because of the heavy rain we got).

P.S. The Moon is really bright so no not miss it. The best time look is now through May 8th( that is when it will be full). It is in the evening sky.

Storm

Here is a video of a storm that we got april 29th.

The rain was coming down in sheets. I estimate that the wind gusts were around 40 mph. We got 0.99 inches( almost 1 inch) of rain in less then one hour.

We didn't get any thing severe from them:( But it did give us some very heavy rain.
